To process any complaint related to damage, missing item, or wrong product, a clear and uncut unboxing video is mandatory:
Start recording before opening the outer packaging.
The video must clearly show the product seal, box opening, and all contents inside.
No replacements or refunds will be processed without this video.
- Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are accepted only in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
Intimate us within 24 hours of delivery along with the unboxing video.
Product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items
Personalized, customized, or discounted products are non-returnable.
Earrings and nose pins are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
- Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped within 3–5 working days.
Delays caused by courier partners are beyond our control, but we’ll assist you wherever possible.
- Color & Design Disclaimer
Slight variations in color and design may occur due to photography and screen settings. These are not considered defects.
